My name is Lisle Wilkerson, and I am an American woman who grew up and lived/worked in Japan for about 30 years.I am what they call a "TCK" (third culture kid) ..Not American. Not Japanese. Who and what am I?!?! This time of the year is full of commencement speeches and advice for all the wonderful graduates that are getting ready to conquer the world. And as I reflect on when I was getting ready to gradate from high school, I have been asking myself this question a lot...What advice would you give your younger self?
